Two Decades of Micron Tolerances, Substituted Imports & Tooth Geometry.
Tooling Excellence
2005 — 2026
Engineered to Replace Foreign Imports with Domestic Reliability.
Founded in 2005 by Mr. Ankush Lamture as a sole proprietorship, Swift Tools & Machines has dedicated two decades to designing and crafting special profile cutters and high-precision gear hobs.
By utilizing superior grade tool steels imported from Europe paired with state-of-the-art vacuum heat treatment, we ensure every tool delivers fracture toughness, edge retention, and zero surface decarburization.
Beyond green-field tool manufacturing, our plant undertakes precision resharpening, re-alignment, and tool reconditioning back to original DIN standards—saving industrial transmission manufacturers massive capital expenses and international downtime.
European High-Speed Tool Steels
Directly imported from certified European metal manufacturers to ensure homogeneous carbide distribution, high wear resistance, and reliable fracture toughness under severe tooth load.
Vacuum Furnace Technology Heat Treatment
Atmosphere-controlled vacuum quenching eliminates scaling and surface oxidation, yielding an optimal martensitic matrix with triple tempering cycles for extended tool cycles.
P-26 Computerized Gear Checking Machine
Eliminates subjective inspection. Automated charting calculates cumulative pitch errors, profile crowning, and tooth lead deviation to a sensitivity of ± 0.002 mm before any tool leaves Waluj.
Hob Sharpening, Reconditioning & Re-Alignment
CNC face rake regrinding and form correction allows worn hobs and cutters to be refreshed multiple times to genuine factory tolerances, drastically lowering tooling expense per cut.
Established in MIDC Waluj as a proprietorship by Mr. Ankush Lamture focused on high-accuracy gear tools.
Formed direct supply chains with certified European mills for ASP & cobalt tool steel alloys.
Installed the P-26 Gear Checking Rig for complete automated computerized involute metrology.
Trusted supplier to Elecon, Premium, Allweiler, and national heavy gearbox transmission manufacturers.
